ARPA – The Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association (Queensland Branch) held the second annual “Excellence in Workplace Rehabilitation” Awards night last Friday March 10, 2017 at the Gallery of Modern Art in Brisbane. The Awards night recognises the achievements of those working within the industry and is a great opportunity for rehabilitation providers and insurers to celebrate the best that the industry has to offer.
AXIS’ David Brentnall won the ‘Innovation in Return to Work’ award for his work in Onsite Physiotherapy with the AXIS Portal and Dashboard. This secure web-based solution allows real-time tracking of return to work to accelerate communication of suitable duties for Axis’ national and international clients.
David says: “The AXIS Dashboard takes the headache out of supporting people with suitable duties. When everyone communicates effectively– outcomes are improved and that’s a win-win situation for all involved.”
The AXIS Dashboard also has automatic reporting of injuries trends over time and RTW outcomes. David says: “Our reporting also allows employers to target injury prevention projects in a pro-active Onsite physiotherapy approach.”
A special mention also to the other AXIS finalists Sarah Walsh for being a Finalist in “Best New Starter Award”, and Matthew Forner in “Outstanding RTW Achievement Award”.
Well done to all AXIS finalists in what was a terrific night!
