The University of Queensland are looking for people who are between 18 to 40 years old and have pain at the front of the knee, especially when walking, jogging , squatting or going up and down stairs or hills.

If you have pain at the front of your knee and meet all selection criteria the University will invite you to undergo one of the two treatments that have been shown to improve kneecap pain – either exercises for your hip muscles or foot orthoses.
