Cailen is an enthusiastic Physio, who loves to help people on their return to sport or work. Since graduating she has gained experience in musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, focussing on musculoskeletal and sports injuries, and occupational health.

As a clinician, Cailen prefers to treat her clients as a whole person, rather than looking only at their injury. In your first session with Cailen, you might find that she assesses multiple areas around the injury to make sure the root cause of the pain is found. She believes that treating the injury will help in the short term, but digging a little deeper is the key to preventing the injury or pain from returning. Cailen uses a combination of manual therapy and exercise to make sure that her clients get effective results.

Cailen has experience working with a range of diagnoses, and with clients of all ages. She treats both acute and chronic injuries, and loves working with her clients to achieve their goals. In her spare time, Cailen loves playing hockey, running and mountain biking, so she has a particular interest in working with athletes in similar sports. Cailen uses her knowledge of movement and biomechanics to help assist running-based athletes through rehabilitation of injuries, and improving efficiency and speed.
